542 Series Portable Pressure Calibrators

Operating Features

  1. Two Selectables Sensors. The 542 allows the user the option of selecting either one or two integral pressure ranges at the time of purchase. This felixibility is enhanced in that one range can be hydraulic, whilst the other can be pneumatic (alternatively, both may either be hydraulic or pneumatic). If both range use the same medium, pressure genertion is also integral.
  2. Resolution. User selectable between 3 and 6 digits.
  3. Damping. User selectable up to 5 seconds.
  4. Pressure Units. 11 Pre-programmable units, plus one user-defined unit available.
  5. Internal Memory. 128kB.
  6. Pressure Calibration. Including full alphanumeric test, instrument and user ID, with full time and date stamping as standard.
  7. Pressure Generation. Hydraulic pressure generation available in 2 ranges for improved fine control: up to 1200, and 1200bar to 2500bar.
  8. Data Logging. The 542 may be used as an automatic data-logger for test running up to 100 hours.
  9. Software. Windows based automatic calibration software supplied as standard.
  10. Peak. Integral peak-hold facility.
  11. Hold. Integral 'freeze-frame' facility.
  12. Tare. Integral tare facility for pressure.
  13. Leak. The leak test function calculates leak rates over a user defined period, and records the pressure gauge
  14. Backlight. Integral user-selectable backlight.
